Overall nice staff and rooms. I enjoyed having central heating, iron/ironing board and a dining area. Easily reached Brown's Clam Shanty, located at walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. It was a such wonderful stay, you could leave a car onsite.

the food was excellent and the staff was efficient. plus it was huge and had unique interior. simple check in and easy check out. very convenience location a 10-15 minute walking distance from wonder mountain fun park.

Our stay here was very nice, brilliant place for exploring Wells. The room was really well-kept, comfortable beds. Its location was central, within walking distance of Wheels n Waves Surf Shop. Good restaurant provided local dishes.

Staff were extremely accommodating and also we loved our stay. We had non-smoking king room with a perfect updated bath, microwave, a fridge. Very pretty location to st mary's church. We could park the car on site.
